Key Limetini

The Mass Avenue area of Indianapolis has become the home of the hipsters with the martini bar “Tini” at it’s center. They have some great martinis and this Key Limetini is my favorite. It really does taste like a liquid key lime pie. Enjoy this clone of Tini’s Key Limetini. Because all of the ingredients are equal you can double or quadruple the recipe easily. I even measure out the multiple ounces by putting it all in a measuring cup before moving it over to the shaker. If you do this though and are letting it stand between drinks leave the RumChata out till the end or it can curdle on you from the citrus juice. They also add some foamer/Frothee to the drink at Tini’s to give it that foamy top, so if you have some you can too. I didn’t include it in the recipe because it is really hard to find and doesn’t change the flavor at all.


  • 1 ounce Stoli Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce RumChata Liqueur
  • 1 Graham Cracker, crumbled
  • Lime slice for garnish


Step 1

Prep the martini glass by crumbling the gram cracker into a powder. I use a spice grinder to get a fine powder. Put the gram cracker crumbs on a flat dish. Rub a slice of lime around the rim then turn the glass over and rub it in the gram cracker crumbles. Drop the slice of lime into the glass.

Step 2

Pour vanilla Vodka, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, and RumChata into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously until cold. Using a strainer pour into the glass and serve.
