Another nice assist from the Jazz Cooker’s own Cajun cook book. They used to use this on almost everything from the fries to their legendary Voodoo Chicken.
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper, finely ground
- 1 Tablespoon white pepper, ground
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion salt
- 1 Tablespoon celery salt
- ¼ cup salt
Mix well and sprinkle on everything!
