Jazz Cooker Seasoning Salt

Another nice assist from the Jazz Cooker’s own Cajun cook book. They used to use this on almost everything from the fries to their legendary Voodoo Chicken.



  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper, finely ground
  • 1 Tablespoon white pepper, ground
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion salt
  • 1 Tablespoon celery salt
  • ¼ cup salt


Step 1

Mix well and sprinkle on everything!
